Terms and Conditions

  • Payment is via Paypal invoice

  • There will be additional costs if you want to add pets and backgrounds, as well as complexity fee for detailed clothes or props

  • Commercial use artworks are doubled (2x) the price of my usual/non commercial artworks, be sure to discuss if the artwork is for commercial use beforehand (merchandise/physical goods only).

  • For Commercial content use like partnership announcement, ads will have a commercial fee increase of 20% from the base price

  • you cannot make merchandise of the commissioned artwork if it was ordered as Personal Use, but if you would like to change that, then please come back to me to discuss paying for an additional fee to make the it legible for Commercial Use

  • Revisions are free in the sketching and coloring phase, and a limit of 5 small revisions once its in the rendering phase. Additional charges will be made if the revision is in the rendering phase and if there is a big change you'd like me to make,

  • I accept NSFW, but can reject the requested art if it makes me uncomfortable or i deem it out of my expertise/skill

  • No refunds after the sketching phase

  • Send references of the character, the expression you'd like or the pose, along with background ideas (if applicable)

  • Inquire on Twitter or Email me for the discussion of the commission as well as updates regarding it

  • Using my artworks for crypto or AI (midjourney, etc) is strictly prohibited

  • Currency used in the invoice will be USD/Dollars

  • I post commissioned art on my socials, portfolio and such but requesting artwork to be private is allowed

  • I have the right to decline a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

  • when you are commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms and Conditions, make sure to read them all
